Requirements

To ensure a viable validator node, you should ensure that your computer or VPS meets the following requirements.

Software

OS

Officially, the Union team only supports running the Union node on linux based operating systems.

Hardware

Note

These are only minimum requirements for running the Union node as a validator, you may need more powerful hardware depending on the expectations of your node.

Architecture

The Union team will only distribute binaries for x86_64-linux (x86) and aarch64-linux (arm) machines.

Cores

4 vCPUs or CPU cores.

RAM

More than 8 GB of RAM.

Storage

At least 256 GB of storage.
